Katie and Ryan's journey began in the vibrant volleyball community, where their shared passion for the sport and zest for life brought them together. Their wedding was a true reflection of their personalities—lively, inclusive, and full of heart. The couple exchanged vows at Salvatore’s Garden Place Hotel. The reception that followed at the Delevan Hotel was nothing short of spectacular, with the first look taking place at the Perla Restaurant. The day was filled with laughter, notably when the groomsmen were playfully 'iced' with Smirnoff—a moment that will surely be remembered for years to come

What made Katie and Ryan's wedding truly unique was the beautiful blend of their cultural heritages. Celebrating on Cinco De Mayo, Katie infused the reception with her Hispanic roots through vibrant floral arrangements and Jarritos for the guests, adding a splash of color and tradition to the festivities. Ryan's Polish heritage was not to be forgotten, with a traditional wedding song and polka dances that had everyone on their feet, surrounding the couple with love and celebration. Katie and Ryan's wedding was a testament to the power of tradition, the joy of togetherness, and the beauty of love. Though not a culture, it wouldn’t be a volleyball wedding if “Fireball” by Pitbull was not played and the crowd was not disappointed that evening. It's these stories that make the wedding season so memorable and why we look forward to what the next season will bring.
